WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to return it and receive your refund, using our returns service. The return shipping has a cost of $ 89.00 MXN.

HOW DO I BOOK THE RETURN WITH PICK-UP AT MY DOOR OR AT THE STORE?

HOW SHOULD I PACK MY ITEM FOR RETURN?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds are made through your original payment method and normally appear in your account within 20 calendar days , depending on your payment provider.
WILL THE SHIPPING COST ALSO BE REFUNDED?
The original shipping cost will not be included in your refund.
WHICH ITEMS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN?

ii. Goods sealed for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.
