You only need an email address to process an order.

HOW CAN I PROCESS AN ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Placing an order at ODETTE: FLOWER GALLERY is very easy:

  1. Choose a collection, price range, or search to find a specific product or design.
  2. Select the size and color of your item and click "Add to Cart" or instant checkout with PayPal. Once you have finished adding items, go to your shopping bag and proceed with the processing of your order in the "Finish Order" button.
  3. Access your account, if you haven't already. If you do not have an account at ODETTE: GALERÍA DE FLORES, you just have to enter your email address or a phone number to continue.
  4. Enter your address and payment information and select a shipping method to complete your order. Once your order is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. We will make sure to keep you up to date every step of the way.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?

WHAT CURRENCIES CAN I BUY IN?

At the moment, ODETTE's online store: GALERÍA DE FLORES only processes payments in Mexican pesos (MXN) and US dollars (USD). However, our store accepts national and international cards.

WHEN WILL THE CHARGE BE CHARGED ON MY CARD?

If you pay with a debit card or PayPal, ODETTE: GALERÍA DE FLORES will charge the charge at the time your order is processed. If you pay by credit card, the charge will be charged in full once your order is ready to be shipped, so your bank or card issuer will reflect it on your account immediately.

CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM TO PURCHASE LATER?

At ODETTE: FLOWER GALLERY, we seek to offer the right opportunity to purchase our most in-demand styles and, as items are often limited, reservations are not available. Therefore, by storing a product in your shopping bag it does not mean that you are reserving it.

All our products are 100% authentic, made by ourselves or through one of our national and international suppliers.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?

Your order will be carefully packaged in a NOBAG, a 100% compostable and 100% biodegradable bag. This bag biodegrades in less than 180 days, unlike other conventional bags that can take up to 1,000 years.

DO YOU MAKE DELIVERIES ON THE SAME DAY?

At the moment, we can only deliver overnight on items that are in stock.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM AND HOW CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY?

Once your order details are confirmed, your item will be carefully prepared and shipped within a maximum of 2 business days. Standard delivery normally takes 5-7 business days after dispatch, but it all depends on the destination and selected shipping method.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN THE STORE?

If you live in the city of Chihuahua, you can pick up your order directly at the store at no cost. Once you are processing your order, select the option "Pick up in Store" in the shipping section. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification when it is ready to be picked up.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to return it and receive your refund, using our returns service. Return shipping has a cost of $ 89.00 MXN.
